Frequently asked questions
Are my files uploaded?
No. Everything happens in your browser, on your own device. Your files never leave your computer or phone, which is also why there are no size limits or daily quotas.
Which resolution should I choose?
Use 150 dpi for screens, e-mail and documents. Choose 300 dpi for printing or to zoom into small text; files will be about four times larger.
Does it work with password-protected PDFs?
Not yet. Open the PDF with its password in a PDF reader, save a copy without the password, then use that copy here.
